Wilderness Guide Profiles
Wilderness guides are specialist guides
that accompany our Kilimanjaro treks and hiking trips in
places like West Kilimanjaro, Ngorongoro Highlands, East
Serengeti (Loliondo) among others. Their specialist skills
include Advanced First Aid training and certification as
well as area specific training for trips that they join.

Why do you like guiding?
Being outdoors and close to nature either on safari, walking
some ancient volcano or a stones throw from an elephant on
foot is the way I love to live my life. Being able to do it
as a job and show people how stunning this part of the world
is, is a privaledge that I enjoy greatly.

also tied to his desk from time to time and heads up Hoopoe
sales in Tanzania. Involved in community based projects such
as Kahawa Shamba and West Kilimanjaro and organises the ground
handling for events such as the 3
Peaks 3 Weeks Challenge. |
