As per previous years the format was very intensive with session lasting around 5 to 6 hours a day. Some of the participants had improved significantly and this lead to the decision to make 3 spaces available for ADVANCED FIRST AID TRAINING in March - this is to take the level of key guides to an advanced stage over and above topics already covered - i.e. advanced airway management, IM injections and IV cannulation in wilderness situations.
